Update: York woman accused of sexual assault

A 19-year-old York woman accused of sexually assaulting a minor has been ordered to undergo psychological testing. Crystal Moul allegedly assaulted the minor in November.

Moul's public defender asked a judge last week to order the evaluation to determine if Moul is competent to stand trial.
