Boys In Trouble After Stealing Tip Jar

Police say two middle school boys are in trouble tonight after stealing a tip jar.

Assistant Chief Brian Jackson says the two boys got away with 30 to 40 dollars in tips from Southwest Barbeque around 9:30 last night.

Today, the owner says the boys came back to the restaurant at 16th and "P". Ordering lunch and trying to pay with the stolen money!

Workers stopped the boys and called police.
