Appleton-based Ledgeview Partners, a customer relationship management (CRM) firm serving businesses throughout the United States, has hired two new employees; one for its new service location in Minneapolis, MN, and the other for a new service branch in Houston, TX.

Appleton-based Ledgeview Partners, a customer relationship management (CRM) firm serving businesses throughout the United States, has hired two new employees; one for its new service location in Minneapolis, MN, and the other for a new service branch in Houston, TX. The new hires and locations are key expansion moves for the company, as it grows the mainstay of its account reach into the North Central states of Minnesota, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska and the South Central states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.
Audra Carlisle has been hired as a CRM account executive for Ledgeview Partners’ Software Services Division. Carlisle maintains a home office in Minneapolis. Her responsibilities include managing the company’s Channel Partner National Accounts along with a new North Central Region that centers on the states of Minnesota, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. Carlisle brings five years of sales and marketing experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERPs and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to her new position. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing from Bethel University in Minnesota.
Tim Dwyer has also been hired as a CRM account executive in the company’s Software Services Division. Dwyer maintains a home office in Houston, where he will manage sales of CRM software and implementation services for Ledgeview Partners’ new South Central Region, encompassing the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. Dwyer brings 11 years of business consulting and sales experience to the company, specializing in CRM sales the last two of those years. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston-Downtown, and a master’s degree in Global Management from the University of Houston-Victoria.
