Lincoln police say they've found the man who fired shots at vehicles causing major damage. They arrested 22–year–old Ryan Long on several weapons charges. Police say back in March, they found three cars near 1st and 'A' streets with $2400 in damage. A witness saw a car and got a license plate number.
Police stopped the car and interviewed three people, but nothing came of it until now. Two people have come forward saying Long was the shooter. He was arrested for discharge of a firearm, use of a weapon to commit a felony and criminal mischief.
