The Lincoln Police Department (LPD) said officers used a taser on a man after a fight broke out in downtown Lincoln.
It happened around 3:00 a.m. Saturday morning near 14th and "O" Streets. Officers asked a group of people to stay back after a fight broke out.
According to LPD, 26-year-old David Mitchell didn't respond to officer requests to stay back and an officer used a taser on Mitchell.
Mitchell was taken to the hospital and was cleared medically, LPD said. Mitchell was arrested for resisting arrest.
