Lincoln man arrested after vehicle, foot pursuit

A Lincoln man gets himself into trouble after a pursuit with police Monday night.

26–year–old Troy Freeman was driving on North 27th and Y streets when officers saw him speed and run a stop light.

Police say when they tried to pull him over, Freeman refused.

Officers say Freeman jumped out of his truck and a short foot pursuit began.

He was arrested for DUI, fleeing to avoid arrest and seven other charges.

Police say Freeman also had several warrants out for his arrest.
