Bond set for Lincoln fatal stabbing suspect

Joshua Albright is charged with 2nd degree murder in the stabbing death of 30-year-old Benjamin Miller.

On Tuesday, a judge set Albright's bond at $500,000. The Lancaster County Attorney's office also charged the 27-year-old with use of a weapon to commit a felony. The charges carries a possible life sentence.

On Friday morning, police were called to a home at 59th & Madison in northeast Lincoln. Police say Albright stabbed Miller after a confrontation. Albright arrived at the house with Miller's girlfriend. Police say she used to date Albright. Police say Miller punched Albright who grabbed a knife that was on the ground and stabbed Miller several times.

Albright's next court appearance is set for Sept. 11.
