An argument between two brothers takes a violent turn and now one of them is behind bars.
Police say 46–year old Todd Zellers was with his brother at a home near 13th and "D" last night.
They say around eleven, the two started arguing about what song to play on the stereo.
Police say the arguing escalated and Zellers stabbed his brother in the upper thigh.
They say it took several staples to close the wound, but his injuries don't appear to be life–threatening.
Zellers is facing charges of second degree assault and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
