Two men were arrested and charged in the July shooting death of a Lincoln man.
Police say 19-year-old Jose Ferguson and 19-year-old Shay Dailey were arrested on warrants issued by the Lancaster County Attorney's Office. Lincoln police say the men have been charged with being an accessory to a felony.
The police say the pair were involved in the confrontation that took place on July 29 that ended in the shooting death of 19-year-old Naif Al-Kazahy. On that day, police say Al-Kazahy and his brother got into a fight with a group near 14h & Sumner. Police say 17-year-old Zachary Neuberger pulled out a shotgun and fired at Al-Kazahy. Neuberger has been charged with 2nd degree murder.
