The Lincoln gymnastics coach who is now partially paralyzed skyped with the crowd raising money for him.
The crowd gave Jim Unger a standing ovation.
He lost feeling in most of his body after a bike accident a few weeks ago.
Unger's in rehab now. He was in good spirits—making jokes about his injuries and thanking everyone for their support. "just..you know... Little things (laughter) and I fractured my neck. I really appreciate everyone's kindness and thoughts and prayers...it just seems like we're all pulling in this together."
The family's now paying 15–hundred dollars out of pocket every day in medical expenses.
Horizon's church used their Concert On The Hill to raise money for the Ungers.
