Lincoln police say a Texas man was arrested after threatening a Lincoln resident with a gun.
Lincoln police say 40–year–old Charles McCullough turned himself in at around 8:30 Monday night after he confessed to flashing a hand gun at a Lincoln man near Harwood and 17th streets.
They say McCullough approached the man Monday afternoon and accused the victim of sleeping with his wife, and then left the area.
Police say the victim did not know McCullough or his wife who happened to be visiting relatives in Lincoln.
McCullough was arrested for making terroristic threats and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
