Breaking News from the Channel 8 Eyewitness Newsroom. At 10:24am LES says that power was restored to about 1,000 customers from 8th to 34th streets, from Old Cheney to Tamarin Ridge Road. LES tells us that the cause of the outage was a failed underground cable.
