A suspected burglar runs into police two separate times in one night.

Around 1:30 Tuesday morning, Lincoln police arrested 19-year-old Bruce Gandel of Lincoln after they say witnesses spotted him trying to steal a flat screen TV from a retirement home.

It happened near North 28th and Hitchcock.

Gandel was issued a ticket earlier in the night during a traffic stop.

He was lodged in jail early Tuesday morning.
