Rescue crews rushed out to Branched Oak Lake Tuesday night.
A report came in of a jet ski flipping over with an adult and three kids on it. The adult was the one who actually called 911.
The good news, everyone had their life jackets on,and despite the wind causing rough waters and white caps, they were able to make it safely to shore.
What could have been a terrible outcome ended up being favorable. All are well and no–one had to be taken to the hospital.
Rescue crews say having a cell phone with you out on the water is a great idea, and of course, always wear your life jacket..
