A man is forced out of his home and into the rain when smoke begins to pour out of his mobile home.
The man was not injured. He waited out front while fire crews checked out the inside and the back of the mobile home.
The call came in from a trailer court near 42nd and Cornhusker Highway a little after midnight. Fire officials said the cause was an electrical system under the floor board. Crews used a saw to cut into the back of the trailer to get to the source of the problem.
Firefighters had the incident resolved in about an hour. Fire officials said there was little damage to the mobile home. Fire officials told the mobile home owner he should stay elsewhere for the rest of the evening.
