Lincoln man accused of terrorizing a state employee

The state patrol says Jordan Wackerla threatened an employee at the Nebraska Department of Labor.

The Nebraska State Patrol says on Thursday afternoon investigators took Wackerla, 26, of Lincoln into custody without incident.

The patrol says his arrest follows an investigation into phone calls and emails sent by Wackerla to an employee with the Nebraska Department of Labor. The calls and emails contained threatening language and graphic pictures.

Wackerla was lodged at Lancaster County Corrections.
