An 18 year old Clay Center woman has died following the collision of two vehicles at a rural intersection in south-central Nebraska.
Casie Gibbs was driving Friday night when she failed to stop at a stop sign southeast of Fairfield. Her vehicle was then hit broadside by an eastbound vehicle. Gibbs died in the crash.
Two passengers with Gibbs and the driver of the other vehicle were taken to a Hastings hospital. One was then flown to a Lincoln hospital.
The Clay County Sheriff's Office says none of the people involved were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
