UPDATE: Name released of man found dead

UPDATE: Police have released the name of the man found dead near a Lincoln creek.

The body of Michael Austin was discovered Friday evening near 25th and Judson. Police say the 44-year-old was a transient. Authorities don't suspect foul play but are continuing to investigate.

An autopsy was performed Saturday. The results won't be available until Monday.

Police say a body was found Friday evening.

They say it's a male and was found on the side of a creek near 25th and Judson.  Police don't believe foul play is a factor but the investigation is ongoing.

An autopsy is planned for Saturday.  Police are not releasing the man's name at this time.
