Thanksgiving is tomorrow, and some stories are going to be open and giving a kick start to Black Friday.

Do you need help shopping? There's an app for that!

There are some apps called Black Friday, Shop Savvy, and Find My Car. Shopping around the holiday might be getting a little easier.

These apps are supposed to help holiday shoppers find ads, deals, and even your car.

Find my car is a GPS locating app. When you step out of your vehicle, you click a button that marks where you are. You can later access a Google Map that leads you back to where you parked.

Shop Savvy lets you compare prices between different stores. You scan the bar code on a product and the app shows you the amount different retailers are charging.

"You got a phone in your pocket. You're going out to do all these shopping sprees in the coming weekend, in the coming month," said Matt Hagert, Verizon. "So just remember that you do have something in your pocket that's a very useful tool and it can help you save a lot of money down the road."

These apps can be used on Android and Apple products. Most are free, but there are some that may cost a couple of dollars.
