There won't be a change of venue for Charlie Rogers.

Rogers, who's charged with false reporting in a hate crime withdrew the request Wednesday.

Charlie Rogers' trial is scheduled to be heard in Lancaster County Court on January 7. Rogers had filed a motion to move the trial out of Lincoln. However, she withdrew the motion and Judge Gale Pokorny ruled Rogers cannot make the request again.

Last July, Rogers told police 3 men attacked her in her home. Police say she staged the incident. Rogers has maintained her innocence.
