Police say the suspect was arrested in York.

Lincoln Police say 34-year-old Andrew Luster took a purse from a 63-year-old woman outside of Von Maur in SouthPointe Pavilions earlier this month.  On November 15, police say the woman was asked by a man if she had dropped something and then sprayed a mist at her.  Police say he grabbed her purse, which was valued at $900 and got into a silver or gold 4-door Chrysler car.

Officer Katie Flood says police received a tip that led officers to Luster at a mobile home in York.  He was arrested by the York County Sheriff's office for possession of stolen property.  A search warrant was served in Luster's mobile home.  Deputies say they found a iPad reported missing.

Lincoln Police say Luster will be extradited to Lincoln to face the robbery charge.
