The Lancaster County Sheriff's Office says 2 thieves were caught red handed.

Sheriff Terry Wagner says 31-year-old Aaron Neukirch and 25-year-old Cody Riesland were arrested for theft and trespassing.  The sheriff says a man who owns property near 38th and Bennet Road was walking his dog when he realized somebody was on his land using a chain saw.  He called authorities.  Sheriff Wagner says 2 men were cutting up scrap metal.

Neukirch and Riesland were arrested for Criminal Trespass and Theft by Unlawful Taking. A third person, 34-year-old Amy Greenbush was cited and released.  The sheriff says Greenbush was with the suspects and was driving.
