Gov. Dave Heinemann is reminding residents to fly flags at state governmental buildings at half-staff.

This is to honor the late Hawaii Senator, Daniel Inouye, who died on Monday.

Officials said the flags are to be flown at until sunset on Sunday, the day of Inouye's burial.
