"Grinch" to protest Keystone XL pipeline

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - Opponents of the Keystone XL pipeline are demonstrating in Doctor Seuss character costumes to keep the project away from the Ogallala Aquifer.

The group Bold Nebraska says the two fictional Doctor Seuss characters the Grinch and Cindy Lou Who will visit Governor Dave Heineman's residence at noon Monday.

The group says the Grinch will deliver gifts that symbolize landowners' rights.
