Police say Larry Trudell was found and returned to his care facility.

The 53-year-old was last seen Wednesday night leaving his care facility near 23rd & A. Police say he was found Thursday afternoon near 27th & O unharmed.

Police and family were concerned because Trudell suffers from dementia and diabetes.
