Pair of Huskers Heading to NFLPA Senior Bowl

A pair of Husker Seniors are going to get one more chance to represent Nebraska before completing their collegiate careers.

Tight End Ben Cotton and Linebacker Will Compton both accepted invites to the NFLPA Senior Bowl on Thursday. The game is January 19th in Los Angeles.

Cotton finishes his Husker career with more than 500 yards and 3 touchdowns. Compton recorded more than 100 solo tackles and five sacks in four years as a Blackshirt.

Conspicuously absent, at least for the time being, Running Back Rex Burkhead.
