VALLEY, Neb. (AP) _ Authorities in Douglas County say a two-vehicle crash has killed a woman.

The Douglas County Sheriff's Office says fog and icy road conditions contributed to the Thursday morning crash outside of Valley near Omaha.

Tammy Harris of Valley was traveling eastbound near Old Hwy 275 when her vehicle went out of control and veered into a car driven by Noah Brase of Yutan. The front of Brase's vehicle struck Harris' passenger door.

Harris died at the scene. It is unclear if Brase sustained injuries.

Police say both drivers were using seat belts, and alcohol is not believed to be a factor. No tickets were issued.
