Hastings plumber killed in construction accident

Hastings, NE (AP) - A Hastings plumber has been killed in a construction accident on the southwest side of the city.

Officials say 33-year-old Jose Briseno was working in a trench when it collapsed on him Wednesday morning.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
