Specialty consulting firm debuts conflict transformation institute.
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) January 22, 2013
CoralBridge Partners, a boutique consulting firm that helps clients leverage leadership, organizational culture and constructive conflict management to improve performance, has launched a new business segment to better address the needs of its customers.
The CoralBridge Conflict Transformation Institute (CTI), has been established to offer a full array of conflict management and dispute resolution services including training, alternative dispute system design and mediation. “Unresolved conflict is often the largest reducible expense for organizations leading to turnover, absenteeism, lost productivity, and increased litigation,” noted Jeff Husserl, Founder and Principal. “The decision to launch CTI is in direct response to client demand. These services perfectly complement our current offerings in leadership development, organizational culture assessment, talent evaluation/succession planning, thereby solidifying our unique approach to addressing a variety of client challenges.”
The new division will be led by David Doto, Principal, who has a legal career spanning two decades. “Our vision for the CoralBridge Conflict Transformation Institute (CTI) is to offer comprehensive conflict management and dispute resolution services for corporations, not-for-profit associations, law firms, public sector organizations and private individuals,” said Doto. “We can now fill a unique niche by providing an alternative approach that can ultimately save hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees, not to mention improve productivity and business relationships.”
