Omaha man killed while burglarizing identified

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) Omaha police have identified a man fatally shot while allegedly breaking into home.

Authorities say Raul Rivas, 42, was shot by a resident of the southeast Omaha home Thursday night.

The Douglas County Attorney says the shooting was justified in self–defense and no charges will be filed.
