The Nebraska Department of Roads reports I-80 has reopened at NW 48th and from York to Aurora.
Westbound lanes had been closed due to jackknifed semi-trucks near Lincoln.
Although the interstate is now open, the Nebraska Dept. of Roads says drivers should use extreme caution. Nebraska State Patrol says dozens of vehicles are in ditches and sliding off the road.
Highway 6 is closed at the junction of Highway 6 and L-80H at Milford east to the junction of Highways 103 and 6.
The Interstate closed earlier this morning from York to Aurora in both directions due to ice, high winds, blowing snow and zero visibility. It remains closed.
