Police say the victim was putting air in the tires when it happened.

It happened Monday night at around 8:30. Lincoln police say the 32-year-old victim pulled his car into the U-Stop just north of S. 27th & Capitol Parkway to put air in a tire. That's when a man jumped into the car and took off.

The car is a 2001 Red Saturn. The license plates say: RYU 053.
