Body under bridge identified

Police have released the name of the man whose body was found under a bridge in Lincoln.

Two state bridge inspectors found the body of David Borrego-Ramirez, 46, on Thursday at Oak Lake.

Police said the man was a transient and had been there for a while.

They do not suspect foul play.
