Blood trail leads to stab wound victim

After finding a blood trail that led to a victim suffering from a stab wound, a 23-year-old Lincoln man is recovering in the hospital.

Police say Brandon Reynolds was found intoxicated and unresponsive near 27th and Y over the weekend. They say he had a four-inch deep stab wound to his thigh.

Police believe Reynolds was attacked during a fight outside a house party a few blocks away. They say he lost a lot of blood, but is expected to pull through. The investigation continues.
