The man was discovered in a business parking lot early Friday morning.
Lincoln Police Officer Katie Flood says a man removing snow from a business parking lot at 240 P Street found a 53–year–old man unresponsive in the snow. Police have identified him as Kevin K. Harvey. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. Officer Flood says there were no signs of physical injuries and foul play is not suspected.
Police say Harvey was a resident at the Curtis Center, a transitional housing facility at the People's City Mission.
