OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - A 12-year-old girl has acknowledged that she used a cell phone camera to record a teacher taking a shower at a middle school in Omaha.

The incident happened earlier this month in the girls locker room at Nathan Hale Middle School.

An assistant principal asked to see the girl's phone and found the video. The female physical education teacher confirmed she was the teacher in the video after viewing it.

The girl has been arrested on suspicion of intrusion of privacy and has been released to her mother.
