Lincoln man sentenced for child pornography

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) _ A Lincoln man was sentenced to six to ten years in prison for child pornography charges.

Brian McCarthy pleaded guilty to four counts of possessing child pornography. Police say McCarthy had naked photos of a 14-year-old who'd been prostituted by her mother. McCarthy, who's a registered sex offender, is one of several men arrested in a child prostitution case.

The girl's mother has been convicted in the case and is serving time in prison.
