If you're a Time Warner Cable customer, you probably noticed you lost service for hours this afternoon. It was due to an electrical issue.
Lincoln Fire and Rescue was dispatched to Time Warner Cable this morning, but it was just precautionary.
Time Warner's power was knocked out to all of Nebraska, cutting off all cable, phone and Internet for two to four hours.
For those customers affected, a TWC spokesperson said they're committed to making up for it.
"We want to do what's right for our customers so we'll certainly work with out customers to make sure they are compensated and that we are sympathetic to the challenges they're going through when we have an outage like this."
For those customers who feel they deserve reimbursement, just call Time Warner Cable and the spokesperson says they will be taken care of on a case by case basis.
