Work set to begin on Highway 34

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) Work is set to begin next week on a 14-mile stretch of U.S. Highway 34 between Seward and Lincoln in southeast Nebraska.

The $5.5 million contract calls for grading, concrete patching, guardrail replacement and resurfacing.

Police said when a manager for that company checked the property on Monday, he found extensive damage.  The victim said there were several holes in the walls and floors of every room in the home and the entire house was covered in insulation.  ...More >>
