Two-year-old Perry Inserra suffers from a head injury after falling out of a second story window at home in North Lincoln.

Police say it happened Friday at his babysitter's house north of I-80, near 14th and Fletcher. They say someone took him to St. E's after it happened. Police weren't notified until the child was transported to the trauma center at Bryan West.

Inserra did not suffer life-threatening injuries and is no longer in the hospital. Police say it happened as a group of children were playing in a room and somehow, the little boy fell out.

According to a neighbor, there is not screen on the window that Inserra fell from.

Police went to the babysitter's home to investigate Friday night. That investigation continues.
