Michael Miller, convicted of first degree sexual assault in a case from the early 1990's, was sentenced to prison. The 58-year-old Miller was given 5-10 years for the crime.
Miller had entered a plea deal with prosecutors to drop a second charge of sexual assault. He pleaded no contest to one count back in March.
In the case, six men accused Miller of molesting them when they were adolescents in the 1980s and 1990s. One of the men told investigators that Miller would invite the boys to his home and give them beer and cigarettes in exchange for sex.
