The Lancaster County Sheriff's Office says 20-year-old Jesse Osmon of Alvo lost control of his 2013 Harley Davidson Street Bob near the south entrance of Branched Oak Lake. Sheriff Terry Wagner says Osmon lost control of the motorcycle, left the road and hit a cable guardrail system. The Harley landed on the grass embankment on the east side of the lake's dam.
Wagner says Osmon had only owned the motorcycle for three days. He says Osmon was the only rider on his motorcycle and was pronounced dead at the scene. He was wearing a helmet.
