Police say 28-year-old Jason Hansen was arrested around 2 a.m. Sunday morning for drunk driving.

He was headed northbound on 48th between Dudley and Leighton.

Hansen was then taken to Cornhusker Place Detox for a breathalyzer test. According to police, he became agitated, tore up paperwork and pushed the breathalyzer machine off a table.

The machine will cost $1,500 to repair or $6,000 to replace. Hansen is charged with vandalism in addition to the DUI.
