Omaha - A Nebraska senator will spend two days on house arrest after pleading guilty to a DUI. A Douglas County judge sentenced State Senator Scott Lautenbaugh Monday.

Along with house arrest, he will spend a year on probation and pay a $500 fine.

The senator will also have to use an ignition interlock system in his car for the next 12 months.

Back in February, deputies pulled him over in west Omaha for drunk driving. They say he was three times over the legal limit.
