With a drop in interest rates, the Home Builders Association of Lincoln said it has been seeing an increase in business - the most since the economic recession began.
"The last two years we've done extremely well," Mike Revac, Home Builders Association President said. "We've always focused on the high performance aspect of the home, and I think that has done well for our business."
Revac said the demand for homes exceeds the amount of workers available. He said it's going to take some time to regain a bigger supply of staff, but business is doing well right now.
