A motorcycle crash sends two people to the hospital. It happened near 70th and Cornhusker Highway.

Police said two motorcycles bumped into each other, causing one bike to crash into the median.

They said the two people on that bike sustained minor injuries.

"They were both taken in an ambulance, non–life–threatening injuries, although they were banged up, had some good road rash, possible some broken bones involved," Capt. Michael Hohbein said.

One of the riders said the group of motorcycles is all from Omaha and they've been riding together for a while. He said minor crashes like these happen once a year.

"Soon as he gets his cast off he'll be back in business again, we'll get his motorcycle cleaned up and straightened out, be ready to ride again before long," the motorcyclist said.
