Labor Day weekend golf courses nationwide are raising money for the Folds of Honor Foundation.
The foundation helps families of fallen military pursue higher education.
Friday afternoon, the wilderness ridge golf course kicked off a two man scramble with a 21–golf salute.
"Golf is a great way to bring communities together and it's a great way to help people outs," says Chris Thomson, PGA professional with wilderness ridge golf course.

The Folds of Honor Foundation" was started by a PGA professional and a former F–16 pilot.
