On Friday, thousands of people will make their way to the new Pinnacle Bank Arena when Michael Bublé will break in the new stage.

"We expect near capacity.  We know it's a milestone for the building and for the community and technically there are still some open seats," says Charlie Schilling, Assistant General Manager for the Pinnacle Bank Arena.

The parking maybe tricky, construction is still going on in the west Haymarket area. 

In addition to the parking spots in the Haymarket, There's $5 parking north of the arena in the festival parking lot. 

Unfortunately, the new bridge won't be done in time for the big night.

"Like all things those that get there sooner, benefit with better location and access," says Schilling.

Professional cameras, outside food, or anything that could pose a threat to attendees will not be allowed inside.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, the concert starts at 8p.m.

And because it's the first big event, concert goers will walk away with a special treat.

Schilling says, "We do have gifts for those that come, a little take away item."

The only concert that's sold out so far is pink.
