Police continue to look for two suspects involved in an attempted sexual assault that started in downtown Lincoln.

Officials say a man forced a 22–year–old woman into the backseat of a car at the corner of 10th and P streets.

Police say the woman was waiting for a ride around 2 a.m. when a man came up from behind her, grabbed her, and put her in a car.

As the driver headed north on I–180, Police say the man tried to kiss and fondle the woman in the backseat.   Police say she pleaded with the men to let her go.  They let her out at 14th and Adams. Police say the woman did not report any injuries.

Investigation is ongoing, but officials say the woman described the man as Middle-Eastern, wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans. The vehicle is a black four-door similar to a Volkswagen Jetta.
