Business is booming for some stores in what is being called "The District" on O Street.
Chipotle, Massage Envy, Sleep Number and Joseph A. Bank opened nearly a month ago, and so far, some said they don't have many complaints about business.
"We really like our location, the customers that have come in have been great to work with, so it's been a great thing so far," Joseph A. Bank store manager Paul Stibor said.
In nearly a month, their next-door neighbor will hopefully bring a bigger crowd to the district.
Whole Foods is set to open December 11th. Nearby shop owners are excited to see what business has to come with it. For instance, more traffic from all over town.
"Whenever they open we look forward to them opening up and it should be a great marriage with the two companies, as a matter of fact all of the stores within this little area here will benefit when they open up," Stibor said.
A benefit that not only has some nearby business owners excited, but also shoppers.
"I feel like whenever I shop there it's a healthier option, it might be a little more expensive, but it's so worth it," Maddy McNeen.
